Clean and comfortable stay. Cordial staff. Careoke system in dinning area with musical dinner. Staff singing good songs. Made our evening. Good parking.

Not easily accessible. Even Google map mislead. No board at main road showing direction and location of property.

No elevator available to reach upper floors. Staff not available at reception. Several guests waiting at desk with unknown whereabouts of staff. Parking is unguarded, so other guests will use your motorbike as part of their hotel package and sit on and molest the motorbike at will without anyone addressing this. Property location is away from main town area which is still reachable by steep stairs.

Please change the bathroom towels. It was not soaking water.

Location is really good, one can view Kanchenjunga mountain peak from the room window itself. Breakfast was nice with lot of veritys.

Hotel room is so specious and clean. Staff behavior was good. Restaurant with live singing was really nice.

The room was clean and spacious. The road to the hotel could be tricky for the first time guest so kindly connect with receptionist/helper for direction.
