It did not seem clean. There was washing (including underpants) draped over the bannister to dry. The kitchen had rubbish that had not been put out. Couldn't face using the shower, and the wash basin was grubby.
AUGBGBOur trainer advised us on arrival that the shared bathroom had a dirty and mouldy shower curtain and that the bath had ‘personal’ hair in it and was grubby. No locks on individual bedroom doors
