PRThe space was confortable, even if it was just 2 of us. The house was very nice for a big family on vacation

No pudimos usar uno de los cuartos, el de decoración de niñas debido a sus camas, no estaban en buenas condiciones los matress :(

Big Dirty carpet stain in bed room the kids beds kept falling apart alot of trash outside of front yard I guess from neighbors yard, old cook wear missing parts from game tables otherwise nice house missing tv remotes but would book again just need a little more updating and new kids bedsl. And new sheets and towels or teach cleaners to wash them better.

USThe floor plan of this house is nicer than some we have stayed at. I liked the separation/location of bedrooms. We all loved the multiple themed rooms. Boyfriend's son loves marvel making it an instant hit. The movie theater chairs and backdrop were awesome. The couch is accommodating and comfy we enjoyed it as a family. Washer and dryer worked well. The fridge and freezer are better than most of the places we have stayed.
They could really use some more pillows, the pots and pans have seen their better days and could use an update but they are usable. Unfortunately the Keurig style machine didn't quite work for us.

The home needs ALOT of updating ! Mold in bathrooms, pool light IN pool with wires hanging in pool, screen fence that covers the pool to enclose from critters torn and broken ( which there was a snake) outside chairs were broken, appliances in the kitchen to cook. They were very few and if so rusty. One of the bedrooms for our children. The beds were broken so they had to sleep on the couch. Wasn’t a horrible stay, but I would not go back.
USFirst impression when walking into this house was very surprisingly beautiful on the first floor. From the movie room with movie chairs, spacious bedrooms for 3 adults or couples and 4 kids, and plenty of bathrooms and very nice pools. I really enjoyed my stay here at this villa. The beds were comfortable, and the tv had many options to watch hulu to paramount plus. They had it all set up for me to not worry about nothing. There are plenty of warning signs to not forget.
Need some improvement like the patio/pool area, game room in the garage, and household insects like spiders and outside wasp at the entrance and pool area. The cookware pots and pans needs to be replaced as they are worn out.

CAThe themed rooms were really cute; and the theater room was super dark and fun. All TVs had a great selection of Roku favorites!
There were a few cosmetic issues; little things like broken electrical face covers. We took a bunch of photos and had them all replaced. We like to leave the places we stay better than when we arrive!
