Местоположение супер. Чисто.

Очень шумно, слышно всё с улицы и со стороны подъезда. По ночам очень мешает и все слышно. Пол скрипит.

Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto l'essenziale per un buon soggiorno nel cuore di Budapest. Letto comodo e posizione ottima. Attila, il proprietario, si è dimostrato molto disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande

La porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento può sembrare non molto sicura

The location was perfect. The airport transfer was a great addition.

The bed isn’t the most comfortable.

Le bon emplacement, tout était propre et un petit plus la cuisine où nous avons pu cuisiner, ainsi que la machine à laver pour laver notre linge.

Mauvaise isolation acoustique on entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dans la rue et dans le bâtiment (couloirs), la porte ne touchait pas le cadre donc le bruit le soir/ la nuit nous empêchait de bien dormir.

Interiér, lokalita na metru, v blízkosti je obchod s potravinami. Ubytování je bezvadně vybavené (sušák, fén, panvička, moka konvička aj.).

Hluk z ulice zejména v noci, také nás ráno budily zvuky rekonstrukce (zbíječky a jiné náčiní), o které jsme předem nevěděli. Víme, že jsou to faktory, které hostitel těžko ovlivní, ale má to dopad na dojem z pobytu. Ještě jsme naráželi na to, že lednice, která je umístěna v ložnici, je vcelku hlučná (což dokáže rušit ty, co mají obtíže se spánkem). Také bychom ocenili větší/vice polštářů.

1. Environment: Dirty, dark area, annoying drunks, urine and vomit in every corner 2.The building: Entrance to the courtyard (urine!) through bars with a code. Entrance to a dirty stairwell through stairs, in front of the elevator (code). Tiny elevator from the 1950s with wooden doors that close manually (coordination of the elevator's arrival is done by shouting) 3.Room: Large, empty room with creaky parquet floor. Very thin walls. You live with neighbors. Small round iron table and two mismatched, lame chairs. The front door from the stairwell has a glass window. Every light on the stairs wakes you up. 4.Shower: A "hand towel" should be larger than ten centimeters. You need a place to hang it. If there is dirt that does not come off the toilet seat, replace it.
