3 Bedroom Cottage - Oregon Outback - Sauna - Pacific Flyway For Great Bird Watching!

Excellent and friendly communication from the owner. Randy was very prompt and thorough in responding. We appreciated that he reached out before we arrived to provide information about the stay and answer questions. He also checked on us to make sure everything was ok after check in. Location - Close to Summer Lake wildlife refuge, within dark sky sanctuary Well equipped and well maintained - the beautifully decorated, comfortable spaces. We really loved the outdoor spaces, especially to be able to view the night sky from the deck. We didn’t use the telescope but should have. So much to see in the night sky! The kitchen was well stocked. We had all of the kitchen tools we needed. The knives were sharp and that’s often a miss in other rentals. Having the EV charger was a huge bonus too! Many thanks!

There was nothing we disliked.

The house looks like it's brand new. Great open design. Large wrap around deck with a grill and propane fire table.. Remotes for lighting and fans. A large gazebo with seating and another fire table. It had everything you could need and more. The sauna works great.

The location causes the sun to disappear behind the hills about an hour before the sunset. It was interesting watching the shadows cross the lake and climb the hills on the other side, though. On the hot days, this could be a bonus.

Beautiful home, it had just about everything you could think of. I would have stayed there a week!
