GBWe were impressed with the cleanliness of all the rooms. The bed was comfortable. The location was good: 5 minutes walk from the centre of the old town, 15 minutes from the train station.
The bath/shower was small and not that easy for older people to access, although the bathroom was spacious. The kitchen was quite well equipped, but we had to buy a small pan to fry omelettes.
ESGoede ligging, confortabel bed, appartement met charme. Zeer goedkoop voor wat het is.

Pas de parking en plein centre ville Douche très étroite sabot appartement très vétusté literie déplorable et pas confortable du tout . Télécommande climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas bien .
ZAThe property is located within 10 minutes' walk from the Novi Ligure train station - an easy walk. A very big supermarket is about 300m from the front door. Restaurants and coffee bars abound, and the green grocer is right around the corner for fresh produce. The atmosphere in the streets is old-worldly and authentic. Communication with the host was great - he's extremely responsive and helpful. Self check-in worked fine and was uncomplicated. I found that I didn't need a car while staying here. Everything I needed was close-by, and it was easy to navigate to Torino for a weekend away.
Note to self-catering travellers: clarify use of air-conditioning and electricity as it's an old building in terms of what appliances can be used simultaneously. I stayed for 2 weeks and would have appreciated a fridge slightly bigger than a bar fridge.
