NURAS - Villa Verde Guest House

Villa Verde is a beautiful spacious house in a great location - located 2 blocks from the ocean and 15 mins walk to the Old Town in a quiet residential area. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well kitted out and we cooked for 6 easily 2 nights of our stay. The patio was a beautiful space to relax in with a spectacular hibiscus tree. Giulia was a very attentive host, always responding and giving suggestions. I would happily return to this house

There were some mosquitoes but screens on the windows helped and we learned to keep the door closed! We did also see a cockroach one evening but it is hard to keep them out in warm countries. We simply kept the kitchen surfaces very clean and there were plenty of products provided to clean with. The front road is busy early in the morning but I simply put in my ear plugs. By day 3 I didn't notice it anymore. The bedrooms at the back are very quiet.

Villa Verde to dom położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, bardzo blisko pięknej, szerokiej i czystej plaży. Villa jest klimatycznym miejscem wyposażonym we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Na posesji mogą zaparkować dwa auta. Właścicielka, Giulia, jest osobą bardzo życzliwą i pomocną. Polecam pobyt w Villa Verde. Warto tu przyjechać, warto tu wrócić.

Bella posizione

Abbiamo scoperto che un neonato di 4 mesi si paga come adulto ( extra 120 eur non calcolando extra per la culla) e avendo pure fatto notare questa cosa, non sono venuti incontro a noi e hanno chiesto comunque extra soldi per adulto che avevamo gia pagato scegliendo opzione 5 adulti. Una gestione stranissima di immondizia, per cui tutto il quartiere e pieno di sacchi di immondizia per strade. Staff di pulizia scortese ( arrivati in anticipo del orario concordato e hanno fato notare con commenti e sguardi quanto erano sciocciati che eravamo ancora li)

Good location.

Agent asked for additional fees 2 days before arrival. Tried to charge for towels - clearly stated in list of facilities. Washing machine and ironing facilities were in locked room -said these were not for guest use - photos of villa clearly showed washing machine - agent then removed this photograph during our stay. Booked a 3 bed villa with the expectation that we could use 3 bedrooms - not all beds were made up. Worst experience ever of a rental booking!

The host Giulia was very helpfull, she is fast in communication and helped us a lot. Both appartments we stayed in were very nice clean and located on a great spot.

The owner of the appartment made a mistake so our last 2 days were cancelled in the appartent but Giulia solved it fast and of course we were not happy to switch but in the end we were very happy with the new place.

The venue was amazing! Giulia is the best host ever, we were laughing that now we’re going to have many kids and come back with them together)

We were so looking forward to our stay at Villa Verde and it didn’t disappoint! Beautifully decorated and in a great location it really made for a fantastic holiday. The kitchen is really well equipped so we cooked in one night. Giulia was an amazing host and gave us a list of her favourite beaches and places to eat. So many great restaurants nearby and a lovely walk to the old town.

Nothing - we would love to come back.

Fabulous villa . Plenty of room for a group and Well located. Beautifully decorated and very well equiped.

Mattresses and pillows could do with an update!
