"Nice apartment but…"

Apartment is very spacious, well decorated, new furniture, big tv, with everything we needed. Located at the center, but not very busy. Staff accessible all times, very polite, friendly and attentive.

When we arrived the apartment was not properly clean. They apologised immediately and provided a new cleaning of the apartment for the next day. Nevertheless, the apartment needs a deep cleaning: kitchen cabinets, walls, trash bin,… and not just the regular fast cleaning between guests.
