Basic but adequate for a work trip.

It's very noisy at night with lots of people seemingly partying until the early hours most nights! Bedrooms could use a couple of mirrors, too.

The size and space of the property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for the time we were there. Just what we needed for the reason we were in Coventry.

To open the front door was very difficult. To open it with the key you needed to find the right spot before it would open. Due to it being a busy street parking could be difficult.

It was well located, clean and neat. The owner responded quickly to any questions that I had and was very helpful.

The beds could have been more comfortable .

Parking difficult as street full and wifi was spotty dropping out a few times.

It's in a good location with free parking (2 parking permits provided).

The owner didn't send the code to the key lock box until the early hours of the 2nd day of the booking, so we had to locate and pay for another hotel for the first night. Awful experience after having driven 3 hours from London to attend an event. We had to drive around to 3 different hotels before we found one with room to accommodate us. When we did get into the house the following day, it smelt like bad drains and dirty bins. It clearly hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, as there were also crumbs all over both sofas and rotting food stuck in the plug hole of the kitchen sink. We had to leave the windows open all day and spray fabreeze to try and combat the smell. The owner promised to only charge us a discount rate for the one night due to the issues, and refund the rest but has yet to honour the agreement.
