Fantastic Balcony View 300 mbps WiFi - Manhattan Heights TB30N

It was clean and had a good view. Host was responsive and accomodating. I actually booked for 4 and inly ended up with 2 people staying. I could have just booked for 2 instead and advised that the other 2 just visited.

The elevators had a problem. This is a building issue though.

It was a smooth checkin, clean, has easy access to any mode of transportation, mall and restaurants. It was a great stay. I'd definitely refer this property to my family and friends.

I don't have something to say I don't like in this property.

The resident location is worth to stay.

Only 200 per hour extension rate. Good location & outside view. Basic needs are covered. Accommodating owner. Affordable price. We'll choose to book this again, next time we have to stay around Araneta.

The unit is not that spacious, just enough room for one to four people. The interior design is also simple. The cleanliness is decent but of course not hotel-level clean. Still better than other accommodations where the staff are rude or the rooms smell cigarettes.
