We stayed here for a week and overall had a very positive experience. The bungalow is spacious, bright, and offers a great sense of privacy. Despite being close to the center, the bedroom is very quiet, which makes sleeping comfortable. Both bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters, which is a big plus. The bathroom is clean and well-designed, with a comfortable shower cabin that even includes a foldable seat. There were no unpleasant smells at all during our stay. One of the highlights for us was the large walk-in wardrobe — extremely convenient during a longer stay, as you can store everything there without cluttering the living space. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped — it really has everything you might need. In addition to a large fridge and separate freezer, there is also a wine cooler, which we found very useful for storing bread, juices, and other food. (On the Canary Islands, cockroaches can be common, so it’s important to store food properly — this was very helpful.) Speaking of that, while cockroaches exist everywhere on the island, we only saw two during our entire stay, both outside on the terrace/pool area — none inside the apartment. We also appreciated the waste sorting system in the kitchen and the eco-friendly lighting throughout the property. The terrace is another big advantage — spacious and comfortable, with both sunny and shaded areas. There are four sun loungers with clean, soft cushions, and beach towels are also provided. The pool area is very nice, although it’s worth noting that the pool is not heated.

The main issue was that the heated towel rail did not work, even though it is listed as an amenity — so effectively, it’s not available. Other minor points: - The hot water supply is limited — it can be difficult for two people to wash their hair one after another. - Blankets were quite cold; we had to take extra ones from another room, and only one had a proper cover. - Pillows were too firm and uncomfortable. - The bed consists of two separate mattresses, which creates a gap in the middle and can be uncomfortable. - Cleaning equipment could be improved — the mop was not effective, and the bucket was quite dirty. - We couldn’t find a proper toilet cleaner. - The throw on the living room chair had visible stains. - It’s a good idea to bring your own detergent, as only bleach was provided. Overall, despite some minor inconveniences, this is a very good place to stay. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it.

Beach is close, shops are close, restaurants are close. On top of that there is a bus station right in front of the house and you can go anywhere from there.

A vacuum cleaner would be nice for cleaning the dust and sand brought in.

Die Bungalowanlage liegt sehr zentral in Playa del Ingles. Nur 3 Gehminuten bis zum Shoppingcenter Kasbah und 10 Gehminuten zum Yumbo. Vor der Haustüre ist die Bushaltestelle und in nächster Nähe auch ein Supermarkt. Sehr schönes Appartement mit viel Platz und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es hat eine top ausgestattete, moderne Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank und allen notwendigen Küchengeräten, inkl. Geschirrspüler. Das Badezimmer ist gross und geräumig, inkl. genug Ablageflächen. Hier hätte es noch Platz für einen Ganzkörperspiegel. Frauen haben den halt gern :-). Die Dusche ist ebenfalls gross und mit gut abgedichteter Glasfalttüre. Man hat also nach dem Duschen keine Überschwemmung auf dem Boden. Einen schönen Garten zum verweilen hat es auch. Für uns war das Bett bequem. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Appartement war bei der Ankunft sauber gereinigt und aufgeräumt.

Es schmälert das Aufenthaltserlebnis nicht, jedoch als wohlgemeinte Tipps möchten wir erwähnen: Es wäre gut, wenn ein Staubsauger oder ein Besen, sowie mehr Toilettenpapier, Abfallsäcke und Putzlappen vor Ort wären. Der Plattenboden war schon nach kurzer Zeit staubig. Ich hätte gerne mal durchgewischt. Mehr Handtücher wären von Vorteil. Auch wäre es von Vorteil, wenn eine Instruktion oder ein Hinweis bei der Buchung beiliegen würde, was man im Falle einer Alarmauslösung machen muss, resp.das Bedienpanel nicht berühren soll. Der Wassererwämer ist ein wenig zu klein dimensioniert.

Great central place , with loads of places to eat and drink.. Lovely villa , hosts were very good when we had a little problem but quickly sorted..

Only negative I can say is you could do with a welcome pack in the villa with phone numbers and a easy guide to using the appliances etc, just a general guide..

Location, privacy, pool

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Lovely garden and outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, great location and easy check in etc

Given our length of stay it would have been nice to have an extra set of towels.
