Amazing family oriented hotel. 5min walk from the beach . Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Indoor pool accessible to kids a huge plus ! Kids club and mini disco were great. The food was diverse and excellent quality. All the sports facilities available for free (bicycles, tennis, padel, mini-golf, driving range) were also great.

In terms of being able to reach a nice beach and the bus stop to go to the airport, this is well positioned. Th decor and colour scheme throughout the resort was lovely and pleasing to the eye. The food was decent and though we couldn't experience the themed restaurants, we were satisfied with the buffet style meals. They even gave one of my friends a cake for her birthday which was a lovely touch. Staff were lovely, kind and so hands on. the pools were clean and the nightly entertainment was great fun. Overall for a first time resort experience, it has set a high bar.

More blankets in the room during the cooler months. There is a draft that comes into the room and with the sofa bed being closest to the balcony door, it was quite chill at night but did get one form reception. Ensuring three sets of cups and all as there was shortages *two cups instead of three (and it was stated in my booking there would be three of us. The shower drips soooo easily. Was a bit tedious to have to pile up towels to dry up the floor.
