Simple And Magical . VILLA ALMAYA

Great location along Jln Batu Belig, able to cut across a padi field to Jln Cendrawasih where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, watering hole, spas, laundries, convenience stores and about 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Staff were reliable and attentive. Housekeeping daily (except Sun) and fresh towels every 2 days. There was a minor issue with an air-con unit but the staff responded and resolved quite quickly.

Nothing that really bothered me. If I were to nitpick, the rock path to the main door was a little uneven. Corners of beds also prone to painful bumps - could be an issue for young kids. Fair share of bugs and lizards especially in the open kitchen but not unexpected for open concept property with garden / plants.

WiFi was patchy at times

The place is clean and exactly how you see it on pictures, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The Host was welcoming and warm, she recommended a couple of places to visit.

The Villa is hidden most drivers we getting lost for pick up and drop offs, perhaps a bigger signage may assist. Also please consider getting a steam iron.

Rooms are huge and the mattress was comfortable.

I liked the rooms, they were spacious and comfortable, but I did not like the bathrooms, they were open from a corner in the ceiling, and this makes it easy for insects to enter the bathroom. In addition, I did not like the living room because it was open to the garden and the pool. I was sitting on the sofa and a mouse passed under me, and I found a small frog next to the swimming pool, and there was a gecko at the exit of the door. To be honest, I will not repeat the experience again, and the villa is not worth the amount paid.

villa was perfect for our 8 nights. close to good restaurants and locations. quiet. clean and had everything we needed

could do with a sign at the front as was difficult for our grab drivers to locate. and the bright light from medical center next door was a bit of a pain at night.

Really nice, clean. Great location although the address when put into google maps shows it closer to the beach, was around 15 min walk to the beach. Layout was great the kids had their own rooms. Pool was amazing.

The main issue we had was we were supposedly double booked by Booking.com they wanted to put us into an alternative villa a long way away from this one. We were lucky the manager was able to get us into the villa next door which was great but had to move back into the other villa on our last night. Was a little annoying but the alternative villa was nice.

We had breakfast on one morning & it was excellent! We had to catch taxis to go shopping but it was not an issue as we were happy to do that. The villa was great and we had plenty of room, with the rooms being very big. We found a great little restaurant with amazing food, just at the end of the alley.

Large rooms and beds. The pool was great. Awesome to have the open living space. The villa was cleaned and in great condition.

The villa I booked wasn't available for the first two nights, so we stayed in another villa in a different location. Whilst the villa we stayed in was nice it was not in the location I wanted near the things I had planned. It was also inconvenient to have to arrange our plans to move within the two villas. I would like a refund for the two nights please.

The specific location was unexpected, but overall it was central to the activities we were interested in. The Villa itself was magnificent. The rooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms spectacular.loved it!

I really liked everything about the layout of the Villa.
