- Suitable price for 3 nights - Strategic Location; can easily be located on Grab or Maxim, the drop off also very convenient since it got a hotel lobby. - Clean and comfy; the bed is pretty comfy and the bathroom is clean and doesn't have any weird plumbing smells like the previous place I stayed in. The kitchen area is also well prepared with the stove, refrigerator, etc. - Helpful customer service; the instruction to pick up the keys and find the room were very clear and fast response. - Fast Wifi; plenty of movie choices

- Inconsistency of the heat and water pressure; sometimes it can be slow all of sudden during shower and the heater suddenly turn cold - Old hanger, maybe can add some more - Doesn't have any hook wall in the apartment to hang some towels or clothes - Should have prepared an iron board - Hopefully the owner would also prepared a microwave because it would be more convenient to heat up some meal

It was a really good room for it's value. The appliances were complete and working. It also a very convenient location to stay in since it's in a mall (small). There is a mart at the Lower Ground and a place too eat if you're hungry. If you're willing to walk you can walk to Plaza Merdeka and from there explore. You can also order Maxim (hailing service) which is very cheap btw.

For me it's the smell. Though it might be just my nose for being too sensitive because I asked my boyfriend (local) about the smell and he said it was normal 😆
