This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 23:00 has a surcharge of EUR 30. "Had a great time. Four ladies on a girls’ getaway."

Great location. Very walkable to the historic downtown — restaurants, shopping, markets, etc. Building was very secure. Convenience store and a couple of lovely restaurants very near by.

The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms and washroom would not be good for seniors or those with mobility issues. Like many places in historic Lisbon, building is located on a steep cobblestone street.
