"Beautiful house and space to use like your own while staying there."

It was a beautiful home, with lots of space and an inviting feeling. It’s is so kind and generous of the hosts to open up such a lovely space for people to use. I’d definitely book again and most likely to next year.

There’s some of the less obvious places that could do with a clean. Eg the extraction fans in the main bedroom bathroom.

Everything was excellent. Location and size of house was great. Mattresses on beds were devine. Great lounge and beautiful art work, cutlery and dishes. So easy and convenient. And warm.

Just a bit of dust and spiderwebs. Pillows were a bit dated. Toilet brush was broken.

"A great place to stay in Invercargill with everything we needed."

Warm, comfortable beds, great location, well equipped kitchen.

Lights were very dim in the hallway making it quite dark.

"Spiders, mold, cats, and clutter."

Location was OK. Have to cross 4 lane busy street to get to anything.

The house has a spider infestation outside and occasionally one will find its way inside. Cobwebs everywhere. The house is surface cleaned, but it needs a deep cleaning and removal of lots of extra stuff. It’s like someone moved out and left anything they didn’t want at their new house. There is mold in the shower. The house smells musty. There obviously has been a cat living in the home at one time. I had a headache the whole time we were there. Lighting is poor. Bookshelf needs to go away because it is falling apart. Coffee machine needs cleaning!!!!! Carpets need to be stretched or removed. Driveway needs weeds removed. The property is not being maintained and the photographs in the advertising are not representative of how the property looks today. Property should be light, bright, clean, and uncluttered.
