The property was stunning! It was very luxurious and felt like a real treat to stay in. The location was fab - very quiet but 5 mins walk from Princes Street.

A few very small things (wouldn’t impact us staying again in the future) - The bar stools were way too high for the kitchen counter. - The mirrors in the property weren’t near any plug sockets make it difficult to do our hair (as two women staying in the property). - The lockbox outside is on the floor making it a bit difficult to access. Again very small areas for potential improvement in the future but the property is stunning and would definitely recommend staying here.

The bedclothes were stained - very disappointed with this as this was a special birthday trip for my fiancé

Amazing big rooms, high ceilings, tastefully converted space. Good quality fit and finish, well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Great location, just 3 minutes from the tram stop, yet a quiet road.

The only issue we had, which was corrected after some pressure (and Dragon Suites taking on the responsibility for a separate contractor, outside of their rental portfolio) was a faulty fire alarm in the building hallway, which was a noise nuisance for the first half of our stay. Everything else was so impressive.

Beautiful Georgian property with lovely proportions, furnished stylishly with a well appointed kitchen, bathroom & second loo/utility room. Fantastic central location with plenty of nearby amenities. Host was easily contactable, very responsive.

The mattress was so uncomfortable, obviously sloping on one side, we stayed a week and it impacted each of our 7 night sleeps. The rest of the apartment was so comfortable, I would have marked it a 10 if not for the bed, but it was so bad I had to give it an 8, also because I can see the exact same feedback has featured in reviews going back a year, yet nothing has been done! Also, more minor points (I wouldn’t have marked down for these) there were no laundry tablets left at all, were only 2 dishwasher tabs and not many multiples of crockery/cutlery, so not ideal for a week’s stay, only 1 Binbag and no instructions for rubbish should you exceed this, also not ideal for that length of stay. A larger washing up pad or cloth would be good for keeping kitchen work tops clean.

Interior and small touches (coffee, biscuits, toiletries)

The mattress on the bed slopes down on the left hand side, it may need flipped or replaced. Additionally, the coffee machine needs a new fuse battery so didn’t work the entire stay.
