Toilet seat looked new but too small wasn’t attached so with my kids was very akward had to hold the toilet seat every time they gone to the toilet Two teaspoons Sofa sunk down a lot ( worn out ) not comfortable to sit No picture on the wall only hooks sticking out Blind in the kitchen just fallen on me when I pulled it up to open the window Desk in the bedroom but no sit next to it ? Been in a lot of caravans and this one it’s just basic and tired Need a bit of updating

The caravan is situated on the outskirts of the park which meant it was lovely and peaceful. Stones throw from Seasalter beach. Very dog friendly.

The caravan had a broken toilet seat and when reported, the communication stopped with the owner and nothing was done even though I reported my mother to be frail. Caravan was not cleaned properly as the kitchen floor was dirty, there were sweets stuck to the sofa, dirty cups in the cupboard and the toilet brush covered in faeces. All was reported back to the owner.

The beautiful smell as you come through the door, the space inside for my 3 year old to play plus towels were provided and beds were made which gave that home feeling. Neighbours were friendly/helpful and location to the clubhouse and swimming pool was literally a 2 minute walk away Will definitely be coming back

The caravan was clean. It had all of the basic equipment ( oven/hob/microwave/ air fryer/ toaster/ kettle/hairdryer), and the shower was good. The decking was a good size with a small table and chairs. The tv had Netflix, and the pool was heated. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away but not nice enough for the children to play on or swim. Good for finding shells, even oyster shells. The playpark was good for young children. The Oyster Pearl pub was just over the road and offered a friendly welcome and good food.

The communication from the host was minimal, eg, no welcome/personal message, local information, or information on the fact that passes needed to be bought to use the pool. This equated to just under £30 per day for 2 adults and two small children. It would have been helpful to add a caveat to the booking site for clarity. The signal to the tv stopped working on the last evening, and when I reported it early the next morning, the host did not reply. The loo seat was very loose and wobbly - it kept slanting sideways. The sofa was basic and fairly uncomfortable. No light shades on the ceiling lights - no lamps to make it more cosy. The food in the clubhouse was expensive and very poor quality....we would not recommend eating there.

Hired for family to stay in to attend our wedding, they tell me it was a very lovely caravan. The cost was excellent.

My family tell me they had some issues with the fact the fire sensors were continuously beeping and they say the big fan in the living room was dangerous to use. I myself had great trouble getting in contact with the host/ owner, they didn’t respond to msgs in the app, repeated phone calls went unanswered, on the day which was my wedding day I had to literally call over and over to get location and entry info, my calls were cutoff repeatedly eventually I got one text asking me “who’s this?” And another with the info I needed. Better communication was definitely needed.
