"Would return to park again but not in this property"

Our bedroom didn’t have a blind on the roof window as it was broken. It was attempted to be fixed with a piece of duct tape which didn’t work so we were woken up everyday at sunrise. Sofas and beds were very uncomfortable. Main bed didn’t have a proper bed sheet and the pillows were hospital/plastic like

"I will never book again on strawberry hill with Tom holidays ."

There was nothing to like . Just a standard property .. pictures don’t give you right idea about the rooms size . Rooms are very small . Beds are very small aswell . There is no WiFi and you hardly get network so you can’t use your own data either … can’t watch tv either . Sofa was broken . Customer service is not helpful and rude on phone . Never booking any property in strawberry hill again

"Satisfactory and just what we needed"

Location was perfect to visit family who live nearby and everything was very handy and easily accessible, overall, after doing a bit of cleaning, we enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen surfaces still had crumbs on them and bathroom could have been cleaner but everywhere else in the property was fine and there were lots of towels available. No WiFi available.
