Appartamento in un complesso residenziale di recente costruzione, ben asservita con supermercato, gastronomia e farmacia raggiungibiili in un raggio di 100 metri. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto, disponibile anche un ombrellone e due seggiolone mare. ll complesso residenziale è fronte mare, a pochi metri da Cala Paradiso, una delle spiagge insignite con bandiera blu 2025. La zona è tranquilla, e di notte silenziosa. La bellissima Monopoli si può raggiungere con una piacevole camminata di 1km sulla ciclabile lungo mare. Polignano, Ostuni, Alberobello e Locorotondo, facilmente raggiungibili con 10-30 minuti d'auto. Grazie ad Annamaria per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Good location, spacious, and nice balcony. Excellent base to discover Monopoli and the nearby towns of the beautiful Puglia region. Great supermarket and cafe nearby.

Nothing really

The apartment is modern and very well equipped. It is located in a quiet, safe area next to a supermarket. There are also plenty of free parking spaces in the estate. The beach (Cala Paradiso) is just 10-minute walk away.

The couch in the living room was creaking a bit.

The flat is modern and conveniently located and the host was responsive and flexible

Very easy check in and cheack out. A supply of essentials: washing machine liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. A large supermarket 2 minutes away by foot. 5 beaches and old town 15 minutes away by foot. See view from the balcony. We had a great stay, thank you Annamaria and Raffaele.

It might be a good idea to mention at the check in that the property has electric blinds. We have not seen them before. It took us 2 days to work it out. Apart from this, everything was perfect

Confortable , clean appartment with big balcony. The beach is in front of the house. The host was flexibl.
