LXR La Perla Renovated 2HAB. Apt

Great location. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was clean and exactly what was displayed in Booking.com. Our son was with us for the first week, I worked remotely in the Apartment on the second week. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Location was great, The host was easy going and informative. The aprtm was clean and had all that we need to have a great few days in costa del sol.

One of the bedrom aircons didn't work properly.

I did not like stains on walls and ceiling, old and very dusty rug in living room. Hosts attitude and communication. 2 days without electricity and no information related to this issue. Holes in curtains and many many chips and holes in floor tiles. And i had to leave deposit to stay there - what for? A .an was send to check air conditioneers and he saw errors displayed on them. Nothing more was done or to fix them....

The host greeted us and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment is situated in an excellent location adjacent to the train station, making it very convenient for travel, as well as for accessing shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The laundry facilities were good, and having a tumble dryer was an added bonus, especially since we experienced poor weather during our stay. The wifi worked really well during our stay.

The road cleaners were out every other day at 5 am, cleaning the street in front of the apartment. On first night, had a generator directly below the balcony which ran for 2 hours, making it impossible to sleep. The air vent in the bedroom acts as an echo chamber, amplifying all the outside noises. There was no door on bedroom 2. We had our son and his girlfriend staying, so to give some privacy, we purchased a telescopic shower rail and shower curtain. One set of patio doors had no lock so the Rejas (metal grill) was locked for security, we had no key to open it, which we couldn't use that side of the balcony.

Location was great as next to train station shops and places to eat. Apartment was spacious and clean.

Location was good but right next to church and the bells would ring very loud

Bed was like rock. The apartment was very cheaply refurbished, Locks not working on balcony doors, coffee splash stains on wall, no instructions on how everything worked, all in all I would not stay here again
