Oh, this is where it gets interesting. This apartment was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. 1. My flight was delayed due to a storm in Dublin airport and I arrived by taxi at 03:00 am at night. As it turned out, the company employees did not send me the apartment number, but only the entrance code and the apartment lock code. So I spent more than ONE hour looking for the right entrance and apartment in a 9-story building with 90 kg of luggage. 2. They also forgot to send me the Wi-Fi password. Accordingly, I had to correspond with the company via mobile Internet in roaming to find out the password. So, I spent $30 additionally just for nothing. 3. The lid on the electric kettle was broken from the start. I wrote about this and provided a photo. The kettle was not replaced for 6 days. 4. The apartment is so NOISY that it feels like you live outside all the time. I woke up at 05:00 am every morning and could not fall asleep again. Do not believe that the apartment is quiet. It is a lie. 5. They left me one pillow and one towel. I asked for an additional pillowcase and a bath towel, to which I received the answer: “Come to our office at the city center and pick them up yourself”. I spent 45 minutes walking one way to pick up what should have been in the apartment anyway. 6. I also asked for extra toilet paper because I was staying there for six nights, but they said, "Buy it yourself." 7. On my last day of stay, I discovered that there were two holes drilled in front of the front door lock. I was able to easily open the locked lock with a corkscrew from the kitchen. See the photo. So, the entire time the locked apartment could have been robbed with a regular nail or screwdriver. I was shocked because I had about $40,000 worth of valuables in my luggage. I am horrified by this apartment and this company. Now they will start writing that they are very sorry that this happened, but it is not true. They don't care.

The location is perfect and the apartment has modern decor and appliances. The staff were helpful with 1 issue that was resolved quickly.

It is on the main road and initially that was an issue but for the price it was not a problem.

Perfect place for visitors if Warszawa. Easy to reach old town and shopping mall.

The windows were on the side of the street and the sound isolation was poor the tram could be heard very clearly

Clean and plenty of towels

The place was advertised as with parking for a fee but when I called them, they told me I had to deal with parking myself which was a hassle.

The apartment was so nice you have all what u need in it clean comfortable And quiet its near every thing wifi is so good

Internet speed, near to Tram/bus stop, Neat and clean

If sugar and other essential spices for cooking are available it would be an additional advantage.

i didnt receive exact info on how to get to the apartment and also there is lots of noise bc of closeness to busy street. even closed windows couldn’t help
