Location and facilities

Needed a good clean

The apartment is spacious and had everything I needed (washer, kitchen, etc.). The host was very nice and always responsive. The check-in instructions were very simple to follow. The wifi went in and out a couple of times but was otherwise reliable.

The apartment is located on the third floor which can't be altered but something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. It was a pleasant stay overall, however, I do think the apartment needs a deep cleaning and organization to better accommodate guests.

Location, size, amenities.

Third floor , too many steps for older persons. That apart I would recommend it as it is spacious, very central, near most popular tourist attractions.

Location, quiet, spacious, communication, check in, all is ok. The owner is very friendly and always responding very quickly . Enough towels.

Cleaning was very poor. She offered twice so send a cleaning lady, but i declined. This needed a morning of cleaning and i cleaned all the surfaces i used myself. All the walls in kitchen en bathroom and floors, i left it the way it was. Another issue i had, she send someone right away and solved it. The beds are not comfy. The refigerator also was dirty on the inside, as was the oven!! The apartment is older then it looks on the foto's. Would i stay here again if the cleaning was ok and a topper was placed on the beds for comfort... absolutely! So no, its not all bad, but not a 10, sorry Teodora.
