The location

It was very dirty, kitchen equipment all broken, rooms bare, sink and washing machine didn’t work

The shower was nice, also there was a tv which had Netflix for evening entertainment.

There was no air conditioning, being there in 35 degree heat wasn’t comfortable whatsoever. The apartment held all of the heat in so even at night it was sweltering, the upstairs bedrooms were like sauna rooms. The upstairs bathroom was out of order, sink, toilet and washing machine all didn’t work. The downstairs bathroom flooded on the first day, liquid was leaking out of the walls. One of the upstairs bedrooms was connected to the bottom floor by a balcony which provided zero privacy. Furthermore, directions to find the apartment felt like we were embarking on a quest with missions to complete to get the key. Also the WiFi didn’t work.

The location is excellent.

The apartment is dark even in the daytime.There was mould in the bathroom and kitchen. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. Bed linen was clean. Unlocking instructions were sent to my son, not to me, the person staying.

Location near to public transportation. Lots of restaurants around the area. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom no lock. It has ironing board but no iron. Requesting for it but the host not responsive.

Positives: Good location, kitchen okay. Okay for the price.

Negatives: It should be clarified that two of the 'bedrooms' are above each other and are connected by a balcony, so no privacy. The bed in the third bedroom wasn't made even though I indicated that 3 guests will be arriving. Upper bathroom (toilet, washing machine, sink) out of order. The stairs were quite uncomfortable to walk up and down. Some of the walls need refurbishing due to mold.
