Great location for George Best airport.

The location and apartment were good and pretty much as described.

The address didn't exactly match the one we were given. The bedrooms in the apartments were too warm and we couldn't make them cooler.

There was no WiFi it didn’t work at all

Nothing… due to “maintenance issues” we were switched to a poor excuse of an “upgrade” in city centre

Never stayed at this property due to “maintenance issues” we were switched on the day to a poor excuse of an “upgrade” Luxus agency claimed “nicer and higher grade development” in city center, nice and higher grade was a stretch of the imagination as this property has been poorly maintained, and has not been upgraded since it was built. Clear evidence of water damage on the wooden floors. Check in was 16h00 advise we would arrive around 16h00 arrived at the new location 1hr after our ETA at 17h00, no keys were in lock box due to the property not being ready. After close to 8hrs on the road, we had to wait an additional 30min for the property to be “clean” which I use loosely, suspect the floors were never swept,hoovered or mopped, with lint and fluff and what I can only assume were Mc Donalds fry’s were laying around the kitchen island, sofa and dining table. The area rugs both down and upstairs were vial, could not walk barefoot as there were sticky to the touch. Window blinds in down stairs bedroom would slide open but would not close, had to pull them at the top to get them closed. Both bedroom balcony doors could not/would not lock. Lounge balcony door outside handle pulls out if you try to close the door from the outside. No dish towels, or sink plug provided for the kitchen. Previous guest towels were still hanging up in the upstairs bathroom, and only bath towel were provided not hand towels or bath mats. The building itself in desperate need of a revamp, very dark, intercom system had a fit even time we tried to access the front-door, had to swipe the key fob multiple times before the door would release. Heating system up stair needs a desperate upgrade, one of the radiators in the upstairs bedroom could not be switched off as the thermostat knob was missing. Very unpleasant to try and sleep as there was no way to ventilate the room as you cannot keep the balcony door open and close the blind and there are no small windows to open.
