ARExcelente ubicación. Nos atendieron super bien, incluso llegamos antes y nos dejaron entrar. Muy serviciales. Todo muy limpio y súper cómodo para dos personas.

PHIts located nearby everything, metro station, bus station, groceries, restaurant.. its all minute walk away.. no hassle at all.. the place is clean, though a bit small, its still worth it..
The only thing i'm not that happy is that i was always woke up at night when someone passby because the room is just beside the stairs..
ESMe gustó la gentileza y amabilidad de las personas que me alquilaron el Microloft.
No me gustó la mayoría de la gente del barrio (lo siento extranjeros)púes le puedo decir que todos no son iguales, hay gente muy diferente,buena y sobre todo educada por ejemplo de la Farmacia, del Carrefour, de La Caixa y una que otra frutería, aparte de las personas que trabaja en el Metro de madrid. Y tuve sólo 1 amigo (extranjero) y un conocido(español). Claro y por supuesto nacionales(madrileños) muy amables, serviciales y muy educados que me explicaban las cosas muy bien y me ayudaban.

FRMis à part la problématique du rangement le microstudio est bien équipé, lave linge, étendoir serviettes de toilettes,le matelas etait confortable le renouvellement draps proposé
L'étroitesse de la douche, le manque de rangement pour les vêtements, la table pliante placée un peu trop en hauteur. Le système d'entrée défaillant il a fallu qu'une personne entre pour accéder la première fois au hall de l'immeuble.
ITIT- La posizione. In pochissimo tempo con la metro a due passi dal microloft si arriva in pieno centro, a porta del Sol. - Disponibili molte cose all'interno del loft, dai numerosi utensili da cucina al phon in bagno. Presenti anche cerotti, alcool e cotone per eventuali emergenze. - wi-fi - ventilatore in casa Ho apprezzato molto tutto ciò.
Nella stanza c'era uno strano e forte odore. Per fortuna lasciando aperta finestra, porta e ventilatore dopo poco la puzza spariva ma considerando che la stanza è piccola e che è presente la cucina in uno spazio cosi piccolo è anche normale che ci siano odori strani. Consiglierei un elimina odori o diffusore di aromi da lasciare a disposizione considerando specialmente il fatto che la cappa della cucina non funziona bene. Inoltre, entrambi i brick di latte presenti in cucina erano purtroppo scaduti e l'olio di oliva aveva uno strano aspetto. Probabilmente chi c'è stato prima non li ha utilizzati e sono rimasti lì per molto tempo. Sarebbe stato meglio sostituirli. Consiglierei di fare attenzione a queste cose. Ma per il resto tutto ottimo. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo rimasti molto contenti. Correggendo queste piccolezze questo microloft potrebbe diventare veramente una bella chicca.
