The Warren at 'Barn Meadow'

This place was absolutely spotless. Decor and furniture to a very high standard. I've stayed at many different places up and down the country and this is definitely the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Would have liked to have explored the area however the weather was too bad. We were treated to seeing lots of different wildlife in the back garden eating the apples which had dropped from the trees. Will definitely be back in the summer. Thank you to our hosts xx

The property is extremely well kept and clean, the facilities are above expectations. Perfect accommodation nestled in the countryside. Absolutely stunning! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable. The price for the accommodation is absolutely incredible (I would have paid double and been extremely happy) A perfect night to enjoy some cosy quiet time together! Also, hosts went above and beyond by buying my daughter a birthday cake and decorating with balloons. I honestly had the best night sleep I've had in a very long time, cosy comfortable and warm. Thankyou. 🩷🩷🩷

Could do with a choice of pillows as the pillows were too soft and unsupportive but everything else was amazing.

Beautiful place in lovely surroundings. Hosts were warm and friendly, property was well equipped, clean and cosy. Hosts sent a document through after booking that covered any questions we had about our stay as well as lots of useful info, which was really handy and much appreciated. Beautiful views all around in a lovely location. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Pendle. Thank you for a lovely stay! ☺️

Stunning location, with fantastic views to Pendle Hill in a very quiet rural area yet only 5 mins drive into the main town and motorway links. Lovely private garden area with seating and a fire pit, we loved watching all the wildlife in the neighbouring fields, and waking up to bird song and lambs bleeting - very idyllic. The property itself is nicely laid out, with great kitchen facilities, wet room and plenty of storage for longer stays - it felt like home away from home & Reece and Chloe were the perfect hosts letting us know they were on hand if we needed anything (extra towels/bedding etc) during our stay. Had a great 6 days. Thank You.

Couldn’t name a single fault with the property. All the little details and personal touches just made the stay that more special. All facilities were modern and new, no expense spared for the guests. Incredibly cosy and well thought out in every aspect.

Quiet and peaceful, beautiful surroundings and the host has thought of literally everything you need for your stay, really enjoyed the stay.

Don’t recall reading anything about your EV charger that would be a great advertisement if it’s included in the stay, just gutted never used my EV car to come up and saved in Diesel
