Amazing location, well appointed and good value for money.

Property could benefit from a better mattress, new pillows (very much needed) and a block out blind in the bedroom as the outside light is on all night - making the room very light during the night.

The location is excellent and accessing the property was easy. The AC worked well and the couch and chair in the living room appeared to be fairly new.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Glasses in the kitchen were dirty. Overall, the unit needs a deep cleaning of corners and baseboards and other hard to reach areas. Along with touch up paint in many locations. I did reach out to management and they apologized for the inconvenience but did not offer any resolution.

Location was great

The location was great. We were within walking distance to a ton of bars and restaurants.

When we arrived, the property was not cleaned. They tried to blame it on the cleaning company not showing up in time. They asked us to leave the property until it was cleaned. The only thing they were willing to do for us was an offer for late check out on our last day. I explained that, due to our flight we would have to leave way before check out anyways so that was worthless. At that point they stopped responding. No discount, no offer to buy coffee or dinner, just silence. I specifically will never stay at this location solely based on how unhelpful and and unfriendly they were in addition to breaking their "guaranteed" room readiness (from their posting).

So close to the drive so really great for a single person. Best property I have stayed at in regard to location proximity to all LGBT hotspots.

Very expensive. I can understand you are trying to make a living and a profit. I just really want to stay here again in October but expensive.

I have stayed at this property in several occasions.

Great location. I’ve stayed here before, always clean. Quiet street and you can’t hear noise from the Drive even though it’s a short block away. Great a/c and ceiling fans. Easy parking. Very easy to get in on arrival, good response from owners if needed. 2 coffee makers (but no coffee pods available for the pod machine, just the reusable holders). Bed & pillows are comfortable. Very roomy & comfortable stay.

No soap in the shower dispenser and the shampoo dispenser doesn’t work. You should bring your own shower needs. Coffee provided is flavored so bring your own if you like good black coffee.
