The presentation of the flat is okay and it was pretty clean. The location is also good. Luckily I was only there for one nights sleep for work the next day.

There was no hot water in the morning from any of the taps or shower. The flush was blocked and wouldn’t flush so I couldn’t shower or use the toilet in the morning.

You cannot take a shower, I stood in the shower waiting for the water to get hot but had no luck because the boiler is broken, so if this is something you need then do not book, I had to go home and have a shower. Although the property looks clean, unfortunately the windows are filthy and when I opened one a spider came crawling in.. the rest on the windows the handles were broken so you can’t keep them opened because the keep slamming. There wer 2 spiders in the bath tub. There was a hole in the bathroom floor, and the place smelt.

Size was bed too small. Shower was broken. Toilet was bit dirty.

The property is located directly across from the community park.

The was broken glass on the floor in the bedroom. The side of these entrance door were lots (20 or more) black bin bags full of refuse from people who occupy the building. The was an unpleasant smell through out the accommodation. No where to park during the day (charges apply until after 6pm). This is not a luxury apartment it is a one bedroom ground floor flat conversion done on a tight budget. Very dated and not modernised. There was no fridge, only a freezer. The boiler didn't work properly and the place was very cold. No local shops within walking distance (car is needed). Living room curtains are see through, don't leave the light on with the curtains closed if you like to wear your night clothes... passers by will peer in and stand to look through the window.

I stayed here and forgot my Alexa echo dot in the bedroom, it contacted them an hour after leaving(I left around 6 am in the morning) I messaged the owner to inform him and ask him when I’ll be able to collect it. I had no response, I then called the company and they said they would contact housekeeping and let them know and contact me regarding this. No one got back to me so I emailed and no reply after 2-3 days. I then sent another email which they replied to and informed me that nothing was found in the apartment. A week later I went into my Alexa app where the device name had been changed to a woman’s name. So I contacted them and spoke to a man who told me that no staff went by the name and the guests who stayed after me didn’t either and they would contact the guests for me and then get back to me. Nobody got back to me again! Clearly was staff who took my Alexa.
