The view as excellent and the flat is close to all the hot spots.

It wasn't very clean.

The whole apartment was beautiful in its own way

The apartment was a little bit dirty and needs some serious maintenance.

On the first day we entered the apartment it had a dusty moldy smell in the kitchen. Later that evening we started seeing cockroaches climbing the walls from the kitchen to the bedroom. We didn't even sleep during our stay in fear of something crawling on us. We didn't use any utensils or eat or cook in the apartment. It was absolutely disgusting and we felt so dirty been there. I called Fredrieka several times but she never answered or bothered to respond to my messages. I asked for a refund to go stay somewhere else but no response from the Friday. On the Monday my husband tried 3 times and then she answered and said she didn't receive any calls but we have the proof as I called Vukisile over the weekend and he also said he will contact her immediately but no feedback received . We were really disappointed in the service we never got and for paying so much for a filthy place. The cockroaches were even in the shower. We had to leave very early in the morning and come back late at night to avoid been in this disgusting room. The place looks like it's cleaned on the surface so it looks neat but when you look closer it was dirty and dusty. Not to mention we couldn't sleep on the bed it made us itch all the time. It's either bedbugs or bedding that hasn't been cleaned properly. It was the worst place we have ever booked and will not recommend it to anyone

The location was really nice, the space of the apartment was also good, and the kitchen was well equipped for my work.

The lack of parking first, the stove breaking down on me and the sleeper couch was also broken and the smell of the place messed up my sinuses.

The view of the ocean was amazing. The apartment was so clean. The was a heater and all utensils you might need. Lots of sitting space for you and your partner and potentially your friends as well. It’s 300m from the shopping complex and lots of restaurants. The lighting in the room was amazing. I really loved my stay here and I’m definitely returning soon.

I liked everything about the apartment except that there was load-shedding a couple times.
