素泊まりで予約したところ、夕食の追加をメールで相談したら、すぐに丁寧な返事をもらい、追加できました。料金や夕食の時間も詳しく説明してくれて、とてもわかりやすく安心しました。朝食と夕食はどちらもボリューム満点で、お腹いっぱいになりました。湯布院駅から少し離れていますが、持ち込みが可能で、コンビニが近くにないため、チェックイン前にお買い物するのをお勧めします。お風呂も好きな時間にゆっくり楽しめました。お食事は部屋に運んでもらえたので、気兼ねなくプライベートな時間を過ごせました。この宿は本当に素晴らしく、心からリラックスできる空間です。サービスも細やかで最高でした。また湯布院に来たら、ぜひここに泊まりたいと思います。

The dinner was very good, the service was very good, the feeling of a family hotel, you can feel the atmosphere of local Japanese culture. The open-air hot springs are comfortable.
