GBGBWe visited as a family of different ages and with a dog to celebrate my Mum’s 80th birthday. We all absolutely loved our long weekend. Paul is a brilliant host! Very helpful and quick to respond to any questions too. All info provided before checkin. Neighbours are also lovely and friendly. Lovely comfortable home, large rooms and fully equipped with everything we needed. WiFi worked perfectly and no issues at all with parking. We parked on the road outside the house without problem, there is a free car park just opposite though if it was needed. Location couldn’t be any better. Just a few minutes walk from the sea front, shop a few doors down, great pizza shop a few doors away and a some fab pubs just nearby too. We will certainly return!

GBVery well located for Newbiggin-by-the-Sea and the beach. We walked from the property to the coastal path with ease. Very spacious, comfortable property. There is a free car park opposite which is really helpful. We stayed in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea to watch Newcastle Red Bulls and the stadium is a 20 - 25 minute drive away or £35 - £40 in a taxi through Phoenix Taxis. I would recommend to all......

GBWe spent 10 days at the cottage. A lovely place to stay to visit the whole area. Clean and well equipped for a family of two adults and two older teenagers. Having access to TV streaming services definitely helped! A very comfortable stay, plenty of room. Parking is on the street, but always able to park directly outside (there is a free carpark across the road if necessary, but never had to use it). A small Morrisons on the corner was ideal. The town is lovely and is literally 3 minute walk to a lovely beach. Paul, the owner was extremely helpful and kept us updated.
