This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Ocean Drive Beach, Relax, Enjoy. in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Additional rules: Garbage must be collected daily and taken to the trash cans in the common areas. Stays of 2 nights have free electricity consumption of 8Kw per night, after this amount it is the guest's responsibility to pay the difference in electricity consumed. For long stays, the guest is responsible for electricity consumption. We recommend turning off the stove, fans and air conditioning when leaving to avoid cost overruns. You cannot hang clothes or towels on the balconies (there is a portable clothesline for this). Visitors are not allowed without prior notice. When you remove the dishes, cutlery and kitchen implements, they must be clean. Please do not use the towels to remove makeup, otherwise an additional $50 fee will be charged. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
