We never stayed at the apartment as we got there late and did not realise that we did not recieve emails to check in so we could not get in

The parking was very busy but as we did not know exact location may be different

The little treats waiting for guests are brilliant.

The double bed was prepared for the couple. As we were two work colleagues, we couldnt find any bedding to prepare sleeping in separate beds.

1. The place was very clean, their cleaners are very friendly and very caring. 2. It has A/C which is very handy with very warm weather. 3. The location of the place is quite handy if you want to go into Madrid and back up (20 mins drive).

There were a couple of things that I didn’t particularly like. 1. It is advertised as a location that has parking. This is not true. There is public parking outside the doorstep, BUT it has to be paid and the maximum time you can pay for is 1 hour. Parking times were from 9:30 am to 2pm and then again from 5pm to 8pm. Everything outside of that was free. However, having a 7 month old baby meant we had to pay an hour parking until 10:30 am and come back after 8pm which was not ideal. If we chose to park across the road, it would be free. However, as everyone tends to do the same, parking in a (white zone) was very very difficult. It meant we had to sometimes leave the car 20 mins away walking distance from the place. Again - not ideal. 2. The draining system for the shower became blocked and flooded the toilet and bedroom. We had to use everything we could to actually clear the water as no one could come until 1:30pm. This happened in the morning. That being said, when we reported it and eventually it got fixed, the shower worked normally. 3. The room at night became far too warm as it is enclosed with no window, and although we could turn the a/c on, we chose not too as the baby was in the same room as us. So, we had to turn the a/c in the living room to be able to get some rest during the warm nights. 4. The flat’s door leading to the main hall has a small gap at the bottom, during the day and mostly at night cigarette smell would filter and concentrate in the small room. There was a night which I could not sleep as the smell was so strong. When I reported it I was told they would fix it. It was not, that night the smell was there also. Perhaps other people in the other flats smoke, but it is not a smoke free environment. Again - not ideal for a small baby and for a family who does not smoke. 5. The cotbed provided for baby was quite hard, I didn’t feel like our baby had a good nights rest as it was very hard (cardboard hard).
