We love St ives and hayle

Washing machine broken with our clothes in. Not enough heaters blankets towels or pillows. Not clean like other places I've stayed. Nearly double the price from last year. No information on how to use the isolation switches to turn anything on. Neighbors leaving rubbish outside doing drink and drugs. Location to St Ives great bit trying to locate says strawberry hill when I fact it's called hayle view cottage. So spent time trying to find it. Very cold to stay in winter. Windows don't close properly. Been coming to St Ives since 80s and this is the worse place I've stayed. We came this year with my dad you had a stroke and maybe the last time we come. What a horrible experience. My son actually went home after 3 days but not to ruin my mum and dad holiday I stayed but couldn't wait to live. Manchester is a long drive home. The area is beautiful. for £800 for accommodation doubles from last year. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Cheaper to go abroad. What these companies need to do is lower the price as they are clearly out pricing families. Spoke to a local shop owner who's struggling as people can't afford accommodation here. You pay £800 a week in winter and bad accommodation. What on earth is the price in summer school holidays etc.

Convenient location close to Hayle and St Ives. Great place to stay to explore Cornwall.

We walked in, looked around and walk straight back out again. The only positive was the customer service. They were excellent.

It was not supplied with some essential items like kitchen towel, Dish liquid etc.
