Room, amenities location and good communication between us the tenants and the host. Cosy and comfortable. It was more relaxing than a hotel as there was no stress related to cleaning, breakfast etc.

Small issue with the toilet drain as it was leaking out the toilet everytime it was used. however we understand small issues like these happen, and not everyone reports any damages. however overall cannot complain. As within the apartment we had towels so we could wash them when ever they got dirty

Communication was excellent and it was very simple to gain entry. It was easy to get to. There was always a parking space in the car park. It was really handy for either football stadium and great for getting into town as there was a bus stop just outside. The apartment had everything we needed. I found it extremely comfortable and the blind in the bedroom meant that we got a good night's sleep every night. There were two double beds in the bedroom. There were plenty of tea bags as well as a pot of sugar, and salt in the cupboard. It was a nice surprise to find a bath with a shower. The nearest big shops that I found were a Lidl and an Iceland about a five to ten minute walk away.

I really liked it and would definitely stay there again. Not much of a view but they couldn't help that! There was no lift but the apartment was only on the first floor, so not really a problem for us.

The Property was in a good location we were down for an event and it was within a 20 min walk from venue so was ideal for that.

The bathroom toilet seat was all cracked and badly needed replaced, the internet connection was very poor, the wouldn’t let us watch any normal channels and wasn’t working when we eventually got log into BBC iPlayer the signal from WiFi wasn’t strong enough and it kept cutting out. Luckily we were only here for short time although it would have been nice to had the option to watch the tv.

Very happy with our 2 bed apartment,close to Anfield and only a 5 minute bus ride to the city centre. Would certainly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay next time.

Location and price

There was no tea towel to dry dishes, no handsoap in bathroom and stains on couch. Could do with a little welcome pack
