Macey is an amazing host! She acts responsibly when I need it. The place is luxurious and clean. Also, if you love ski that’s is the place.

"Exceptional stay! Looking forward to my next visit."

The Madeline Hotel always exceeds expectations! I loved renting this private 1 bedroom residence b/c I had my own kitchen, living room with fireplace, spacious bedroom and massive bathroom with steam shower! The host was exceptionally responsive. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I can’t wait to come back and rent this property again and again! Not only was the place exceptional, but I saved a ton renting direct from the owner rather than booking through the hotel.

There is nothing to not like about this property!

"It was a perfect location and close to everything! We loved our stay!"

The master bedroom king bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had beautiful appliances and amenities! The Madeline has great amenities! Loved the pool and spa! The location in Mountain Village couldn’t get better!

The pull out sofa was not comfortable for sleeping- please upgrade! The carpet could use a good stretching or to be replaced and the chair in the master bedroom was dated and didn’t fit with the decor. One staff member at guest services was not friendly….but everyone else was amazing at the resort.
