A lovely stay, great location.

We had to relocate ourselves on the morning after a horrible night at the property we stayed prior our two nights stay at the Blue Puffin Stays. Very luckily we booked this gorgeous place. It’s simply the most comfortable and well thought of family place we could ever found in such notice. Stress free booking. Responsive team and very well mannered and helpful. Love the location, so close to bars and restaurants, easy parking and overlooking the sea on the other side of the park. Close to Southsea Castle. The best restaurants will have to be Algarve’s Grill. The property had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, nice toiletries in the shower/bath, well equipped kitchen. Thanks for the lovely olive oil, delicious coffee and new washing liquid. Even the toilet paper and kitchen rolls are of high quality, you can so totally see this properly has been given a lot of thoughts for the comfort of its guests. Thanks for saving us. We had spent two wonderful nights here and had the most amazing experience going to the Dockyard for 2 days in a row. The experience definitely made up for our bad night at the first property which we also booked on booking.com. We had a lovely birthday celebration for my husband.

Nothing. The lift is old but it doesn’t affect the apartment.

The team were exceptionally helpful and prompt and genuinely seemed happy to help. The property was fresh and modern with everything incuded that you could need, and the views are lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean and seemed brand new. We would return again. Thanks for a great stay!

There was nothing I didn't like, but perhaps a house manual could be included in the property, to include info such as bin collection time and location, nearest shops, hospital, doctor etc.
