No lift at the property and blankets pillow are not clean we have booked ac room but they have charged extra 300 for ac room…don’t have any option because they cancelled from hotel side…so we paid extra 300 for ac room

Reported at 7.30 AM on 14.05.2025. A boy on waking up not responded & went back to sleep. Hotel contact phone number on Whatsapp when contacted only recorded message and unable to contact anybody.On getting some message in Whatsapp when ticked the option difficulty in checking in no one called or responded. Once after booking they contacted & asked to pay Rs.333 to confirm. Paid. Hotel interested only in money and not service

very bad experience I had in this hotel. location is not good, no room service, guest only have to do all the works, he took 1100 rs extra after advance payment 368rs. while booking room rent was 1000+ tax, but he took extra money from us.overall it was very bad experience.

Even after booking and paying the amount they haven't accepted the booking and they told to do another payment offline and I couldn't stay the hospital due to their last minute trouble we suffer a lot
