Andalusian Apartment By Seric, 15' walking to the beach

The hosts were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay and assist with travel issues, from receiving mail to recommending health services. Few companies managing properties deliver a personable and warm experience, but Seric does deliver on its mission to provide a place that "feels like home." They communicated proactively and truly understand hospitality (unlike other 'surprisingly well-rated' apartments on Booking.com...) which made everything go smoothly. Ana cares about her guests and their experience, which shows in her attention to detail. The location is very convenient, whether you want to go to downtown Malaga or Torremolinos, the beach, the airport or outlet shopping. Parking is easy. Very good value for the price.

Strategiškai patogi vieta - keletas žingsnių ir esi miestelio centre, keletas posūkių ir išvažiuoji į autostradą. Netoli nuo oro uosto, visai greta restoranai ir parduotuvės. Apartramentai - tai, ko reikia keliaujančiai porai. Viskas tvarkinga ir funkcionalu. Nors ir atvykome sausio 1 d., su oro kondicionieriumi iškilusi problema buvo išspręsta greitai ir kokybiškai. Malonus ir korektiškas bendravimas su personalu. Rekomenduoju.

The only thing that would improve the property would be easier parking. We were aware it was street parking however the streets were narrow and this did concern us. That said we didn’t have a problem finding parking nearby we were just a little nervous.

Apartmán byl opravdu prostorný. Kuchyň /myčka, lednička, mrazák, kávovar na kapsle se základní zásobou kapslí/, láhev pravého šampaňského na přivítanou. Pohodlná ložnice a malý uzavřený dvorek. Nová koupelna. Malý obýváček s pohovkou a velkou TV. Daly by se tu pohodlně strávit i víc než 4 noci. které jsme měli rezervovány my, protože máte soukromí. Parkováni na boční ulici bez problémů. Hned vedle restaurace s neomezeným provozem a 300 daleko Lidl a Aldi. Komunikace s ubytovateli probíhala přes Whatsapp a bez problémů. K moři je možno pěšky, ale je to nazpet do kopce a po rušno cestě, takže doporučuji autem . Na pobřeží jsme zaparkovali kdykoliv bez větších problémů a zdarma.

Deposit 500€ vybíraný při ubytování mi přijde vysoký a neobvyklý. Nicméně do 24 hod po odjezdu jsem ho měl zpět na svém učtu.

Absolutely loved our stay at this super quaint and adorable property! The lovely touch of wine on arrival and the gorgeous patio made it feel extra special. The location was perfect, and our host Ana was fantastic — very informative, helpful, and made everything super easy. Would definitely return!
