Clean, good location on the site. Across the road from the main complex but a quiet spot. Access to a great local beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The site overall is clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable and welcome furniture on the veranda. Managing agent quick to respond to a query. Sofa's and living space was spotless and comfortable. For a dog friendly caravan, so nice for it not to smell of the last persons pet. :-)

The kitchen was well equipped, but it really missed having a sharp knife or a even a bread knife. A few more teaspoons wouldn't have gone amiss as well. The main reason this wasn't a 9/10 was that the shower was so poor. Crying out for an electric shower to be fitted.

Location was amazing, only a short walk to the beach and an arcade 30 seconds down the road. Has everything you could need for a few short days stay.

There was no welcome book when we arrived which meant we had to guess how to work everything which took a long time. The caravan was very cold when we arrived and due to check in being from 16:00, by the time we arrived and realised the heating wasn’t on and wouldn’t work. Therefore, there was no one to respond to our messages at this time. We instead had to watch a YouTube video on how to set this up, which was an added stress. We eventually got a response and they apologised profusely and said that there should usually be a welcome book which must have been missed when setting the caravan up for us. We were subsequently then offered late check out as compensation which was appreciated.
