Elmcroft Apartment - 10 Mins Walk to Woking Town Centre

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location with free parking

The shower could have been slightly more powerful but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again

Long flight of steps. Strong smell of cleaner sometimes over powering.

The place was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and clean. TV was easy to navigate. WiFi was great. All the appliances we working and easy to use. The host was super helpful and responded to messages very quicky.

There was no tea or sugar. And the sofa bed was the most comfortable to sit on. There were only two pillows when I stayed there could have done with more.

Had issues with communication with host, waited a long time to get into the apartment

It was a very modern-looking little apartment. The kitchen had every equipment we needed. The flat was cleaned properly before we arrived, with towels in the bathroom, ready to use. There wasn't much noise from nearby houses during the night.

The couch was so uncomfortable that it was impossible to sleep on. There was a slight smoke smell when we arrived. The fridge was a bit loud during the night. There were no clean bed sheets for the couch. The pan was not properly washed.

Overall a positive experience, I would stay here again

Good little space, bedroom comfortable. Good communication from the host.

The fold out couch was not comfortable at all. The hard beams didn’t have covers.
