Debido a las lluvias había mal holor en toda la casa y las sabanas estaban mojadas. Habia goteras en el baño. No se podia acceder al apartamento mediante el codigo, quedándonos en la calle unos minutos hasta que nos dieron la llave. La gente que hay alrededor de la ubicación no transmite ninguna confianza. Un radiador para toda la casa.

Sarebbe stato un bell’appartamento se non fosse che: - polvere ovunque: sembra che non sia stato spolverato da mesi - lenzuola sporche con macchie - bagno pieno di capelli e muffa - cucina non utilizzata per paura della pulizia - puzza di chiuso e sigarette - abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire, non riuscivamo a respirare e abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra in piena notte per arieggiare (in pieno inverno)

The owner was responding fast. The bed mattres was pretty comfy. There was always hot water. The house is near the centre.

When we arrived the apartment was VERY dirty. There was a lot of dust and hair everywhere. It looked like it wasnt cleaned in weeks. We even found a rotten fried potato under the bed and a smoked cigarette behind the toilet. We had to clean the floor with a vaccum, for at least 30 minutes, to make it livable. All the sheets and the blankets were dusty, had hair on them and stains. We asked the owner for new clean sheets, which she/he did bring us but werent feeling very clean either. Also, the ceiling of the bathroom was dripping water constantly for our whole stay. There was no heating device apart from a small portable one, that we had to move everywhere we were going in order to stay warm. At the end, the area felt a bit unsafe at night.

The flat was a bit damp and rather dusty and not cleaned really thoroughly

Convenient location, very cute setup though small. Good for a solo traveler or couple. Maybe a bit overpriced compared to other options in the area. The key lockbox didn’t work when we were leaving so we had to leave keys under the mat though it didn’t seem to be a problem for the host. Significant musty smell and odor of rotten eggs occasionally wafting from drains. (We smelled this on the streets too, likely nothing they can do about it just a reality of the area)
