The resort is beautiful. The access to the island via the ferry was great. The house, the gardens and the pool were splendid and very comfortable and great to relax in after a day of touring.

New Towels - the current ones are old and abrasive. More towels in the bathrooms - there were two each in each bathroom. We had to keep washing and waiting for them to dry - very inconvenient. The most important though was lack of communication - I had to ask questions about facilities on the resort, access to said facilities and what was included and what we had to pay for. I requested a use for a golf cart assuming the distances between the house and the main facilities were significant, received a quote but thankfully I didn't pay without asking further questions. Surely, the fact that the house was 100m from the parking and about 150 m from the facilities should have been initially disclosed? or that shuttle services were provided throughout the day, or you could even call and request a pickup? I was only told about opening an account with the resort when we arrived - where's the information package?
