Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that this property requires to know the exact time of arrival, this is because someone has to be there when the guests are coming and the property doesn't have a 24hrs reception. A surcharge of 50 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours at 22:00 p. m (between 22:00 p. m. and 10:00 a. m) and for delays of more than 30 minutes after the agreed time. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50 € per pet (70 € per 2 pets) applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
