NZConvenient location Comfortable beds Staff quick to respond
A little cramped and tired
AEThe location is perfect! Close to everything I need
The rugs in the toilet needs to be upgraded
GBThe toilet and plumbing needed to be fixed. The heating system did not work so we had to use the oven to heat it up. That ruined our stay incredibly as we were freezing!!

GBWas a very nice clean apartment, hosts were very communicative and checked everything was ok when we got there and made sure we had everything we needed. Wasn't far from shops and could walk to the main shops within 10-15mins . Well worth the money
Was asked only a week before for security deposit... would have been better if we were made aware of this when booking .

CAThere was absolutely nothing to like about this apartment. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Situated in a run down area of Brighton.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. This apartment is falsely advertised as a “Modern Deluxe Apartment in Central Brighton”, however the apartment is old, dingy and located in a very run down area in Brighton. My wife and I did not feel safe in the area. Upon entering the apartment, the very strong smell of stale tobacco (and whatever else that is smoked) permeated the air. The lingering stench was not only in the air, but in the furniture as well. My wife who is asthmatic, began to have a severe reaction and needed an inhaler to prevent her lungs from closing up. Within minutes we realized that we could not stay there and we were gone within 10 minutes from our initial entry and forced to book a hotel for the duration of our stay in Brighton. I did notify the property manager who claimed that smoking is not allowed in the flat. He refused to accept that the air in the apartment was dangerous to my wife’s health and said “someone” would come around and assess it. Also the bathroom switch for light is an unsanitary string hanging from the ceiling that was very discoloured where people touched it. In addition, the rolled-up towel on the bed had a visible stain. I would not recommend this apartment.
