Location Quality of apartment and internal fixtures. Communication from host was good.

Our host was very kind and helpful as we wanted the sofa bed set up due to one poor sleeper. He was very accommodating

Not as central as we thought. Area not brilliant in the evening. Bedside tables in poor condition. Many mugs and glasses were dirty which we washed.

It was all perfect just as we expected.

The shower tray was very slippery but a towel on the floor did the trick.

Convenient and close to station and the town. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was appreciated. Our host kindly arranged for a second set of keys.

Fantastic location, spacious and comfortable

I loved how modern it was and how big the bath (in the apartment 😊)was. Since parking in Bath is very tricky and expensive, the apartment location was perfect. Just a 10-minute walk and you in the hussel and bussel of Bath. Also, the apartment is away from it just enough, so you don't hear any noise. The housekeeper was very friendly and wished us a safe journey home. The owners should be very proud that they gave such a wonderful apartment.

I didn't really like the hangers in wardrobes they looked a bit cheap and didn't really go well with the whole look of the apartment. If you are worried people will take them away. Have hangers that are looped on the rail, and you can hook on and off. The kettle and shower heads needed a de scale, too.
