The staff is not friendly. I answer SMS only when they need it. If you have a problem and write to them you have to wait for a day for a response. They don't pick up the phone. This is a super noisy place, there is construction going on 10 meters away. Also, there is no soundproofing in the hotel. All the doors need to be greased or replaced, they all make noise when opened. The walls are like cardboard. All the sockets in the room are dangerous. Instead of air conditioning, you will be offered a smelly heater from a Chinese store. The shower and toilet are divided into 4-5 rooms. Some people don't know how to use the toilet, during the two days of living there, 3 people didn't clean up after themselves. The shower is clogged. 1 minute in the shower and you are swimming in someone's hair... The most unpleasant thing is the indifferent staff

CHDie Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von Metro und Bus, es gibt einen Supermarkt ums Eck, Restaurants und Bäckereien in der Strasse. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend gross, die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer Rustic entsprach nicht ganz den Fotos, es war sehr einfach eingerichtet, ohne Nachttischlampen. Die Toilette ist sehr laut und funktioniert nicht immer, der Balkon war halb voll mit Malerplanen. Das Haus wird gerade renoviert und die Bauarbeiter laufen morgens am Fenster entlang. Es ist sehr hellhörig und wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind hört man sehr die Strasse und hat den Restaurant Geruch im Zimmer.

Er heerste een hittegolf en er was aangegeven dat er airco aanwezig zou zijn. Helaas tot onze verbazing deed deze het niet. Er stond een ventilator in de kamer, maar deze make veel geluid en maakte de kamer niet koeler. Graag was er vantevoren aangegeven dat de airco het niet deed

CZOverall accomodation was nice. Clean and nice room, well equiped kitchen for cooking. Shared bathroom and kitchen was no issue. More tables to it would be nice, but I get it that there isn't so much space. Coffee machine was great, but you need to buy capsules (which I didn't mind).
In first day of our arrival where was no running water. Second day I writed to owner, which replied later at 10 am and told me that it will be sorted in hour. It was sorted in 9 pm. I would expect better communication.

The doors are very noisy but it can be easily fix ;)
