The location around in october 2023 was still under construction. Road works and new building works.

It was clean.

I have paid for 4 nights, but when I got to check-in I realised that the heating and the A/C were not working at all. After 2 hours of trying to turn them on, with the owner in the texting box, I had to go and book a hotel. The owner's final answer was that the room is hot enough, blaming that the heating system is working by the new regulations and it starts only if the outside goes down to 10°C. The outside temperature was 8°C, but no heating would turn on. The next day, the owner told me that the heating was turned off manually from outside and that the A/C would work not by the remote controller, but the other device from the wall. I ended up staying 2 hours and I haven't got much of a refund, I have paid for nothing, it's a waste of money.
