The woman at check-in was extremely rude to us. We had never been there before. We gave her the itinerary with booking from booking.com . She did not even look at it and kept asking us questions that were right on the paper she never looked at . We did everything we were supposed to do. we arrived on time and had our itinerary to be treated like we were was unnecessary I would not recommend this place because of the way we were greated

Building with charming retro atmosphere

location is a quite sketchy, but very central and lots of character

The location is really dead center Manila Bay, close to the Rizal park and quite easily accessible by Grab. During the visit there was a festival in the park which allowed a front row seat for the fireworks. The owner is very responsive and friendly to communicate with.

No way this apartment can host 6 guests. There's only one double bed and a sofa - not even a convertible sleeping sofa at that, while the booking promised two double beds and and a sleeping sofa. Cockroaches were unfortunately quite common to find. Luckily not in huge amounts, but it really does need proper care.

I like the accessibility of the location

The AC is not properly working in the bedroom
